Athletic Team Registration

 

Physicals and Registration will be due NO LATER than June 23rd.

Late physicals and paperwork WILL NOT be accepted unless proper notice is given to the athletic training staff.

Registration will open on May 27, 2022

Fall Athlete Concussion Testing Schedule (High School Students Only)

Boys Soccer: 6/1 - 2:15pm - K3
Girls Volleyball: 6/2 - 2:15pm - E115
Gymnastics/Cheer: 6/8 -  2:15pm - E115
Girls Soccer: 6/14 - 2:15pm -  E115
Football: 6/15 - 2:15pm -  E115

 

CCMS: June 9th

WWMA: June 10th

Physical Examinations
 
Students registering for Athletics and Activities, inclusive of ROTC, Band, and Strength and Conditioning must have a current physical examination on file with the athletic trainers before the student is authorized to participate in their activity/practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the athletic trainers no later than 2 weeks prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or a delay in participation.
 
Physicals are valid for 12 months from the date of the last exam.
